History

The Indie Arena Booth was first conceived in 2013 and it was organized and supported by the developing german indie scene. Its goal was to provide an affordable way for young game development teams to show their creations at the largest game development expo.

In order to keep cost low, we actually decided to build the booth ourselves. So we turned this:

These humble beginnings were a massive success and we continued year after year to become the biggest indie booth at gamescom.
